We have 3 months left in our fixed lease that ends at the end of November 2019. We currently pay $20,000/month (inclusive).
The apartment has a net sq footage of 467 with a very nice layout. The living room is very bright and has partial view of the race course. There are 3 bedrooms and two of them are large enough to contain a double bed.
Currently my mother-in-law and her helper stays there but they really only used it for sleeping since they spend most of the day at our place taking care of the baby. The apartment came unfurnished and we only have a few pieces of IKEA furniture there.
We really like the apartment but since we are expecting a second baby and it would be easier for the mother-in-law to move in with us.
The landlord is very responsive and accommodating and has been quick to fix any problem that we have. If you take over the lease you would be able to sign the new contract with her directly at the end of the lease thus saving agent fee.
The apartment is located in the heart of Happy Valley, with restaurants, market, race course, playground, supermarkets, bus station all within a few minutes of walk. There's a Classified right downstairs.
