I’m a registered yoga teacher (RYT200), trained in HK and provide private individual or group yoga classes at the comfort of your home. My style of yoga is alignment-based vinyasa, combining strength, precision and rhythm, and spending time on each pose to achieve the right alignment. I also teach Yin, which is great for improving flexibility especially in runners and classical Hatha.
