Fernando has 20 years of experience as a full-time, dedicated personal trainer in New York and Hong Kong, working with actors, celebrities, jockeys, models, bodyguards, busy business executives, golfers, brides-to-be, athletes, etc. He is certified with international qualifications in personal training and university studies in sports medicine and psychology.
Fernando uses his combination of experience and knowledge to offer unique, innovative, professional and personally tailored one-on-one sessions which focuses on each client's goals. Every session is different, fun and all about reaching your goals.

His speciality is his work on clients with back pain or posture problems, such as scoliosis or back injuries.
