 A passionate fitness instructor,Timothy has continuously upgraded himself with concepts in latest sports science, and is an expert in training methods & techniques, sports massage, and sports injury management.  He trains his clients according to their individual needs, which may include but is not limited to, fat loss, muscle tone as well as sports specific requirements. His emphasis is on injury-free correct techniques.

With open and easy-going communication with his clients, he sets out to identify strengths and weaknesses, and can create a personalized program to help clients reach their goals.
