I am a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Animal Flow Instructor, who specialises in body weight movement training, and would love to cater fun, personalised and unique sessions around HK using some of the below:
* Calisthenics - strength based training (Muscle Up, Levers, Pistol Squat, Handstand, Planche, L Sit etc.)
* Animal Flow - Ground based movements designed to improve strength, flexibility and mobility
* Movement Culture - Combine movements from different disciplines (capoeira, modern dance, primal movement, locomotion etc.)
* Motor Skills exercises - Balance and co-ordination work using the body and various tools (e.g. tennis balls, sticks, fighting drills)
