Safe and Private my sessions do not require talking or re visiting what can sometimes be distressing situations, which may re traumatise vulnerable clients. Clients experience an increase in their response to the therapist's suggestion, allowing the client to have potential control over many physiological functions that are usually involuntary and/or habit forming.

Many clients find that Hypnotherapy allows them to release from ongoing anxiety and depression that has sometimes burdened them for many years and had them in and out of various therapies and counselling to no avail. Hypnotherapy is a safe, guided relaxation which induces a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The client's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked or ignored. In this naturally occurring state and with the help of a trained therapist such as myself, the client may focus his or her attention on specific thoughts or tasks.
