I've been training with Abby for a little over 4 years now. She is always very positive, energetic and motivated trainer. I've never seen her being upset. Training with her is quite intensive but indeed improved your body shape. I gained strength from her encouragement and never-say-never spirit. She is very knowledgable on various types of fitness. We do weight training, pilates, cardio, and many others with her. She will customize the programs according your health status.
