    Well...hello!
Just returned from HK yesterday and seen Park Island. Pretty nice place & commuting from Central is only 15 min.The flats're good, but the price range is a little bit high I think + not enough furniture and appliances. The cheapest one I've seen was 7500 (>400 sq.f). Another one (>600) was at 7800,but after asking a TV - 8200. I've contacted Wendy - hope she'll prepare more options for me!!!

    Hi Sunnie,

Just received new flat options. The price range for 678'-687' is 7800-8500/8300 respectively.
What can you say - is it the "true" price?

Hello! I was thinking of renting a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment on vrbo and they are advertising $120 US dollars/night. Does that sound right to everyone? It sounds very good to me so I wasn't sure if it was a "too good to be true" kind of thing. We are renting very short term, only 1-2 weeks. Thanks in advance!

    Caribbean Coase Vs Coastal Skyline

IF YOU HAVE FAMILY ie CHILDREN, PETS, ELDERLY - CARIBBEAN COAST IS THE BEST CHOICE

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CONVENIENCE, CLOSER WALKING TO MTR, THEN COASTAL SKYLINE IS MORE CONVENIENT.

THE BUILDING QUALITY OF CARIBBEAN COAST IS MUCH HIGHER, AND LIKEWISE THE CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES ARE MUCH MORE EXTENSIVE.
