    1 bedroom apt - rent

    Hi guys,

Is it too difficult to find a 1 bedroom apartment in Tung Chung area?

Could you please let me know if you're aware of any available apartment?

    Thanks!

Hi AMH, have you been searching yourself? Dumping a question like this is too easy. There are lots of listings and several can be found on this forum/website. Difficulty depends on your budget but TC is still relatively cheap area

you know that the 1-bedrm apartments are the most sought after in TC. They are passed on from cabin crew to cabin crew when they leave.

Of course if you're willing to pay well over the odds, there might be one available, but you'd be competing with CX as the tenant who gurantees rent will be paid.

    Hi Chief,

Thanks for your prompt response... appreciate it. My budget is $10K-$11K. Let me explore the website and get back. Also, I can speak to few agents but just thought of posting it here and gauging how is the scene like... Cheers!

actually with that budget and a little stretch, you may be able to go for a 2-bedroom. Far more choice.
