I'm considering moving to DB and on GoHome.com, I've seen amazing deals for a 432sqf flat in Crystal/Coral Court for 4k-4.5k. Is it too good to be true? I mean, there's nowhere else where it's possible to find such kind of deal in HK. Is there anybody on this forum living there? What are the pros/cons of living there and should I be careful when I see such kind of unbelievable deal?

the prices quoted are probably exclusive of management fees, and possibly even of gov't rates.

however, if you compare the housing costs in DB to say, mid-levels, db is much better value for $$$. but this doesn't take into consideration the cost of ferry/transportation.

i've lived in DB for the past 6.5 years and love it. we are however moving on friday to sai kung. we got an even better deal there. we are tripling our space and cutting our rent by 1/3!
