Hi I would like to get a sense for the demand to rent a car parking spot in Tung Chung, specifically at Seaview Crescent estate.
Is there a strong demand for renting parking spots or not? Do a lot of people own cars in Tung Chung?
I'd like to buy a car park and rent it out for investment purposes.
I calculated the ROI (return on investment) net yield for carpark is quite good, provided I find a tenant to rent the carpark.
So that is why I'd like to get a sense of the demand. If demand is low, and lot of availability (supply) of car parking, I would be hesitant to invest and not find a tenant, but if demand is high, I will go for it.
