Moving to DB - Short and Long Term Rental

We are in the process of relocating to Discovery Bay from the UK and have been fortunate in securing school places for our two kids at DBIS.
I am already based in HK and the family are visiting for 3 weeks arriving on the 23rd July 09 for a pre-move holiday.
We are looking for a short rental whilst the family visit and then a long-term lease starting mid September 09.
The short rental needs to be a minimum 2 bedrooms and the long-term a minimum of 3 bedrooms for between HKD 25K to 35K.
We would be interested to hear from anyone with suitable accommodation and I would be pleased to arrange a visit anytime after 13th June. Many thanks.
