Tung Chung, Real estate agents recommendations pls

    Hi All,

I live in coastal Skyline and need to find a new place in 2 weeks. The agents I used is no longer working and hence I need some good recomendations for agents who can help me find my new apartment.
i met one he and , as usual, he told me how the TC market is so much in demand and hence there are only 2-3 apartments in each estate that are available.

Anyways, pls recommend any agent who you think was helpful & more sincere that average

    Thanks a lot.

An agent from Ricacorp found us our apartment at CS. He was very attentive and shown us 3 options. You may want to call him, his name is Thomas Law 6062 9930. He speaks fluent English.
    Good Luck!
    Liz

We recently rented our 2BR at $9,000, and would be looking for more than that, probably $12-12,500 on the small 3BR (1,025sf.)

But instead, we shall probably sell it.

We have had three bids on our 3BR flat so far, but none of these have hit our target.

I understand that only about 30 flats are available for sale in CC right now. (That's 30 vacant, with keys in the hands of the agents.)

A more normal number would be: maybe 100+ flats
