We wish to sell our apartment as we are moving on from HK, could anyone recommend a good reliable agent in TC who will negotiate on agents fee and can sell our place?

My advice would be to see Wilson at Centaline office next to Mannings and 7-ELEVEN. The office is at the end of the walkway as you approach La Rossa from Citygate. He is a genuine guy who works hard for his clients.
