Question for the people that brush their teeth after lunch, do you brush them after dinner / breakfast too? I've seen people do this in the ladies, I always assumed they had stinky breath or something.

Of course. Major meals that has meat, too garlicky, tomato sauce, chili or anything that has after taste, I brush not just to clean but freshen breath. Toothpick and gargling will do but brushing does it more efficiently. Ah, minty taste!

You may have noticed that those wearing braces and retainers are brushing their teeth after lunch too.

From this poll, it can be inferred that being extra hygienic like having a fresh breath isn't cool. Perhaps, those who gargle with beer after lunch are cooler.

Are these these not symptoms of OCD?

On a similar note, some people I know clean there teeth 'before' breakfast and not after!

Am I the only skank that only brushes their teeth twice a day?
I eat little and often, if I brushed my teeth after every meal I'd be brushing them 6-8 times a day !
