Need Info About Doctor in Hongkong

Hello..
I plan to travel to Hongkong and Guangzhou 2 weeks later. My parents are planning to have some medical check up in Guangzhou but i've just heard that China is not famous for its health care and i was suggested better in Hongkong. So I really need these infos if you can really help me:
1. Best hospital or clinic to get some medical check up in Hongkong
2. Best doctor for earring (hearing) problems. I have serious problem about my ears. In Hongkong also..

If you have private health insurance, try the Adventist Hospital... they have all sorts of specialists.
