a good sports physio or personal trainer

I had a couple of knee injury in the past few years (including ACL and menicus minor torn), but I really would like to do some Triathlon training. But, i know my knees' joint sense are really weak and I know it will just prone to another accident which I really try to avoid.

So, I'm hoping to find a good sports physio or trainer for some help. Hong kong sports clinic tends to not having their own gym in their facility so I'm looking some facilities or clinics which have their only rehab or training gym.

You can try Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy Centres.
They are bit expensive, but I have found them to be very good.

They charge $850 per session that lasts 40 mins. They have a small gym where they teach you specific exercises that you need. I also found out that they don't make you come more often just so they can charge you, I was initially asked to come twice a week, and during my 2nd week, I asked about my next appointment and the physio said next week, you are improving so no need to come twice, once is enough.

But do you know who is good for sport injury? Who did you see last time? Do you mind sharing with me?

I saw Charmaine, but I believe others are as good. They work as physios for various rugby teams as well.

The Body Group also has a number of well qualified physiotherapists and it might be worth speaking with them if you don't find someone who suits your needs elsewhere.
