Can anyone recommend a good Primary Care physician for my husband? It would be great if they were in central, and even better if they have lunchtime or evening appointments as well.

You might want to consider Canossa hospital's outpatient department for minor issues. While, they don't have expat doctors, their staff is generally very competent, they're open 24/7 and they have access to a wide range of specialists -- all of them pretty much inhouse.
I've also used Sue Jamieson's practice and have visited Brian Walker a couple of times.
One thing . watch out for the local doctors (includes most expat doctors too) who overmedicate and overuse anti-biotics.
