    Rapid weight loss

    Hi

    Have lost a lot of weight quickly : 6 months- nearly 40 kgs. No illness.

    Now have a lot loose skin. What options are available other than surgery to firm up. I am using weights at gym but limited due to back spondilytis

    I think pegs would be unsightly. Selotape the flaps would be a much better option and more aesthetically pleasing.

    Seriously this sort of underhand gloating about weight loss is just not acceptable in a world that has a good number of fatso such as I who grapples with the problem of overweight.

    Just curious, but how did you lose so much weight in that short period of time?

    Congratulations!

    If you got lot of excess skin the only way to get rid of it is by going under the knife as far as I know, but I'm no surgeon. But if it's not too bad, it will improve over time. Here's an article with some tips:

    dietician ( concept of zigzag diet not eating the same quantity of food everyday and shocking your metabolism by eating 1 day more and the next little less thus making your body work better ) and exercise. no supplements

    seriously curious: is it really healthy to loose so much weight in such short time?

    me: didnt start with the intention of losing weight so fast and didnt even think that i would do the diet for a week but straight away within a week there was result which was encouraging and so have followed it on and off. 1st 3 months very strict and then 80% and am still losing weight. have been doing my blood work to check if any issues but all is great. not feeling weak
