Thanks Guys. By the way, which Hospitals are you talking about Bsh & Neha? I dont even know much on Hospitals here as well. So the process, I understand, is to get referred by a private practitioner to some hospital and then ongoing economical treatment. So kindly help me with good hospital names please?

Doesn't necessarily have to be a hospital. I use the public health clinic system.

OP, you originally mentioned insurance - does your policy cover pre-existing conditions? When were you diagnosed? This could be something you have to watch out for when claiming under private care.

For Quality Healthcare, they would possibly refer you out to one of their specialists but that wouldn't be an issue so long as you are sure you are covered for specialist care with a referral (most insurances work this way), but there may be an annual limit. You will need to look at your insured prescription benefit also as that is where a lot of expenses lie, especially if you are on some of the more expensive medications.

Good luck. I am with Dr. Norman Chan who moved from Qualigenics to open his own practice.

Thanks Fiona. I shall check with my insurance first then.
