This is not an 'I need to lose weight' thread. I exercise lots, eat lots of fruit etc. maybe have a couple too many pints here and there but hey this is Hong Kong!
I need a good nutritionist to help me cut out the bouts of bloatedness that can last for days. Am I allergic to something in the food here? Have an issue with wheat or dairy? Etc etc.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
