Heater off, some more clothes. If they feel cold have them do push ups

An oil heater. Or if you really insist on a radiant heater, use a humidifier.

Though the idea of simply wearing more clothing is the most sensible place to start.

Change from using shower gel or soap to use soap free bath oil like Qv or dermaveen brand 'don't use the bath wash type as these still have the drying culprit sodium laurel sulphate :the bath oils need to use every shower for a month and will see big improvement in skin condition but they don't foam and feel oily initially :use as shampoo too if you can :even better is use plain emulsifying ointment as you would soap :

ceramic heaters are bad from dehumiding an environment, especially as hk winters are dry, get a oil heater, does not dehumidify

Add a humidifier at the same time? Not very Eco friendl tho!

U can use a good baby oil immediately after the bath.
I used this organic one which says 100% natural on the bottle - brand is AmoreBio. I bought it at mother organics

    Virgin coconut oil.
VCO is solid at I think below 25C. My daughter loves it when I scoop some from the jar and it melts on her skin like butter. Smells great too!
My second choice is extra virgin olive oil, the one I also use in the kitchen.
