    dietitian/nutritionist

    Hello everyone.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good dietitian/nutritionist.

I'm going to be running a few half marathons in up coming months looking towards doing a full marathon early next year.

I really want to make sure I'm eating the right foods to help my body perform and cope with the training.

If any one could give me any recommendations on any people or companies that are repeatable or any tips on what I should be eating that would be great.

You need a trainer who has done a few marathons - not a Dietitian.

For everything else, they coin it "Sports Nutrition".

Buy a few books and read it. ie.

    Great thanks for the tip.

Do you mean a personal trainer? Or a coach...somwthing along thouse lines.

I dont how easy this maybe as I dont really want to join a gym....there is one in my building and I mostly run outdoors.

Thanks for the book recommendation I will take a look!
