A lot depends on how people have to make their choice, eg Austria and Germany, similar cultures but very different donation rates

I think my liver and kidneys would do more harm to the recipient than good.
I have been donating my sexual organs on a weekly basis, but if someone wants it when i'm dead then I wouldn't be sad to keep the legacy going.
Thanks for linking the website. I had no idea how easy it was to register here - I did so in about 2 minutes. And then told my husband what I did, which is probably something everyone should do if they sign up!
Personally I think the default should be "YES" everywhere and to hell with archaic religious beliefs about needing rotting flesh in the afterlife, but I guess that view would be unpopular here. Let's hope none of us need a transplant while living in HK.
