    Detox without losing weight?

    Hey guys,

one problem with eating out every day is that nothing tastes special anymore. I haven't had a "yummy" moment in ages. I'm looking for a 30 detox diet to reset my taste buds

Most detox plans I've found online come with weight loss. I'm already underweight as it is.

Any ideas besides Water and Bread for a month?

U can get urself a juicer, find some healthy recipes online. I believe three days on fresh juice only should do it, might go for the whole week even. But since ur underweight that's not recommended.

could invite u for my meatball pasta, but I saw that canned tomatoes costs already 10 HKD a can, that I didn't dare look at the price of mascarpone and Parmesan
recipe does make mouth water tho

    No, I don't.
I read up a bit on the topic of juice detox, it seems a one week program will be enough. Bah, drinking only juice for a week. Id that won't make my food taste better, I don't know what will.

How about smaller portions, always leave your stomach 1/3 empty, and only eat a bit when you are really hungry. Look into yoga eating habits.

@Morrison, read the OP. The guys underweight already.

@OP if you are only doing this to make food taste better instead of for standard hippy-type detox reasons, just eat bland but solid stuff for a while. Going on juices is just going to result in a crapload of weight loss and it irritation associated with normal detox programs.

Cut down on processed foods & sugars. Replace white rice with brown, normal pasta with whole wheat, white bread with rye. Use no condiments. No spices. No S & P. Eat more protein. Keep it bland. Egg white omelettes, chicken breast, protein shakes, tuna, etc. That'll reset your taste buds!

jgl, the words you are looking for are "reading comprehension", OP wants to try a juice diet, being underweight is not his main concern, Spacko.
