Hi,

I was reading an article about inhaling cannabis oil for medicinal purposes and noted it’s not illegal in the UK and many other countries. I have some medical concerns that it may be helpful with. Does anyone know if it’s legal in HK and where it could be bought in HK?

While the kind of oil you're after is not something that would be popular recreationally, no country in Asia has laws in place for medical use. Sad, as it could help a lot of people.

H jayinhongkong, my second post was incomplete when posted and I tried to edit, but the system closed for maintenance and I never got back to it.

After further research I noted that I had been reading articles about cannabis oil and hemp oil, the later having no THC. Think this explains my confusion. Thanks for your time and passing of knowledge.

You are referring to CBD oil. Yes it is totally illegal in HK.

The way I read it is that only CBD with THC is illegal. There is such a thing as THC free CBD derives from hemp.
