    Full Body Medical Check Up

    Hi,
Planning to get a full body medical check up for the first time in HK, found online few offers for HSBC credit card holders and eventually shortlisted 2 check up plans at:
    Evangel Hospital
    Adventist Hospital
Does anyone have experience at either one or recommend one over the other?
    Thanks.

Could you please suggest other hospitals that would provide similar range of plans at cheaper price? Doesn't have to be a full body plan, just any that includes as various tests as possible.

25k for a mri is really ripping one a new areshole, even by Hong Kong standards! I had a P E T scan (2years ago) which is the grand daddy of body scanners, radioactive glucose iv and contraster, which cost $8000hkd in Shatin. Much more detailed and higher penetrative resolution than any MRI.

So if somebody is charging $25k for an MRI, that's just silly in my opinion.seriously overcharging the customer!

I spose if you are not paying the bill, no need to question it. eh.....but if you are......

Union Hospital via a referral from the TKO hospital ENT dept when I had a suspicious growth inside my nose, which ended up being benign, although the cat scan and MRI were unable to image it clear enough to ascertain anything but rough physical size.

In that case, was it a full body scan or specific area? I've paid $8K in the past for a shoulder MRI.

Just assumed that the $25K was a full body MRI.

Just found pics I took about 18 months ago at the MRI centre at the Adventist, useful as a guide.
