    I have serious allergies against woo.

    While I do recognize needles are not 100% woo, they are known as "gateway woo" for a reason and I'm not willing to cross that threshold just yet.

    If I want to go for some woo, there are far more pleasurable ones like smelly oils or wacky tobaccy instead of painful needles

    I'll take an MD first before any woo get near me.....

    I'd recommend getting an MRI to rule out any meniscus damage.

    i played ultimate frisbee for 10 years or so. you play ultimate, you learn about all the different ways you can injure a knee.
