Sorry to hear about your situation. I guess it's no consolation but most people encounter life-changing issues along the way. I know it's not easy. Two things to do, be careful not to have worse things happen, and try to find friends in real life whom you can rely on. Online friends are generally not worth the bandwidth they consume. Good luck.

honestly i think there are two separate issues you need to tackle, facts and self-acceptance.

check out the real facts first, how many people have it (lots, even without knowing), how is it transmitted, how to protect yourself and others, etc etc. I am also 100% sure that there are tons of self-help groups on the internet where you might find information and a shared purpose.

then tackle self-acceptance since there are tons of people with hsv-2 and much worse medical conditions that have found love.

Thank you very much for the reply, you’re right, I actually now cannot accept myself for having this, just a month I don’t know things could be happened like this, I grow up in a very conservative family, and having sex before marriage is a thing that I never can let my mom know, and now I even got this sti, so it’s really a big thing on me, seriously in hongkong I don’t think hongkongese can accept a person like me, I am sorry to whine again and again, and thanks for replying and consolate me.. I wish the best best to you. Hugs

Please investigate medications (with a doctor but also research online) that can reduce outbreaks- some people go years without an outbreak- also I think they reduce transmission possibility to partners...

    Best of luck to you!

There are medical journals regarding the use of antioxidants , like curcumin and quercetin ,to inhibit the growth of hsv virus.
