Is there anything cheaper (where the acupuncturist speaks English?)

If there's a nice balance in between massively overpriced place catering to foreigners or dodgy backstreet tcm doctor who doesn't know English, I'd be happy to know it.

Dodgy backstreet?They should all have gov licenses. Yes there are nice balance tcm. But not going to advertise.
