Save/print the website from the iamsmart app and edit it to show your full name and ID
ehealth has a place where you can upload a photo of your paper vaccination record. I did that.
if you go into the e-health app, it shows your full name with no asterisks at the top of the screen. selecting the vaccine tab shows the vaccine record. this is on my samsung phone with a large, long screen, so you can take a screenshot that has your name and the vaccine record on it.
in iamsmart, it does add asterisks to your name but it also includes the last few digits/letters of your HKID card number. unless you are Chan Tai Man or John Smith, the combination of your name and ID should be enough to convince your company of the veracity of your claim. Otherwise just share a photo of the card from the CVC (or a fax....)
hope that helps!
My working visa has expired and I'm on a visitor visa. This means I've now lost access to the IamSmart app and can't log into my ehealth record. Any suggestions on how I can access an electronic version of my vaccination record?
I already tried going to a registration centre and they couldn't help me to resign up since I had already done it with Iam(not)Smart
Funnily enough the iamsmart app shows your whole ID on the PCR test result, but only shows the last 3 numbers on your vaccination record.
Have you tried to contact them?

There is a second option now in the iAMSmart app showing your full name and full ID number.
