Question VHIS plans with more dental coverage

Hi everyone, I was checking insurance plans for Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHIS) by a few providers (AXA, Bupa...)... and it seems they don't cover dental costs or only for "emergency".
Does anyone know of any VHIS plans with a more comprehensive dental coverage? (e.g. their coverage includes a yearly check-up that's often covered in non-VHIS plans)

It doesn't make sense to provide dental coverage in non-group policies because the costs are fairly predictable.

The only plans you will ever get have an annual premium of around 50% the total coverage in which case it makes sense to just self-insure.

Thanks; can you recall insurance providers that offer such VHIS plans? Would the annual premium go over the tax deductible HKD8000?
It may or may not make sense, but I'd like to check them out.

self-insure is a funny word when it really means paying yourself out of pocket.
