good dermatologist recommendation for acne scars treatment

I tried some treatments at beauty spas and they were overly priced and lot of people cautioned ne that it's better to see a dermatologist rather than beauty clinics for atrophic acne scars.. I have deep pores that needs to be healed.
I am looking for a dermatologist who specializes in treating atrophied acne scars.

Generally look for someone with a fractional carbon dioxide laser.

thanks. reddit suggested that for my situation TCA cross , co2 laser and subscison (maybe) are suitable treatments. picosure is a strict no no.

does having co2 laser means it's not a spa, I.e only dermatologists can use it? some of these spas has dermatologist doctors as well.. so it can be confusing sometime and many of them def here to scam ppl for big money
