How much ultra-processed food is in your diet? Balanced diet plays a key role.

I used to train with a stone lock, which are pretty popular in PRC atm. I am not brave enough to spin a 15kg block of stone in the air over my head and feet just yet. I don't think I ever will be for that matter lol

It's quite the phenomenon. The general population aren't really into working out at all, but then you have these bad ass grandpas. And they exist in every city. They'd jump into the river and swim against the current and do crazy things like that. I wonder how much of the younger generation will carry on that tradition? or are these grandpas the last of a dying breed?

Their saying that being one solves this problem but not sure what will creep up in the far future of ones health
The carnivore diet is a ketogenic diet, which is a weight (fat) reducing diet.

Any improvements in health and health markers on the carnivore diet are due to the weight loss.

A ketogenic diet only teaches you to avoid carbohydrates, it doesn't teach you how to have a balanced diet and lifestyle.

See them in HK too at the public parks where they have some ancient 'gym' equipment, and I use that word loosely. Admirable.

    links perhaps?

All I can do with my diy KB is the common swing, then if I added the swing & squat move can't last a minute lol

BTW i'm in my 60's now, never really noticed that

I guess what I mean by "controlled and safe manner" is make sure you can perform the full range of motion and don't push yourself beyond your limits to the point you injure yourself

If you're struggling to perform the full movement, either drop the weight or swap the movement for something else

Plenty of great workouts on YouTube! Best to choose something that looks 1) doable 2) fun 3) like it will support your exercise goals. Climber friends of mine do KB workouts to help their climbs, others are looking for mobility or strength gains

Love all the advice on Squat University (for KBs and everything) Core Exercise https://youtu.be/xSEX3r_hs8o?si=HIZfu0g7wFnvHDeY&t=213
