Three events, male, female and ladyboy.
But the females get the big publicity. Reverse of football in the UK

It really is nothing like anywhere else.

    One of the worst days.

If you are standing up and feel like you are going to collapse you can sit or lie down and it goes away. But if you are already lying down in bed there is nothing to do but close your eyes and lie there. Hour after hour.

Total full body exhaustion. Have made three or four trips the 3 metres to the ensuite toilet. Another metre gets me to the shower where I can sit on a plastic chair and wash myself, but no energy even to do that.

Food has been a couple of banana fritters my wife made early hours for the kids breakfast. Lunch was two fried eggs with bread to dip in the yolks. Left the whites. Dinner will be a small bowl of instant oats. All easy to eat and small quantities.

Not a happy chappy but youngest has been excused classes to prepare for a journalism competition so goes in late if at all so she is around more than normal.

Sorry to hear this. But it seems to me that anyone with that little food going in would be permanently exhausted. Even bed-ridden people need 1500 calories a day.

Hope you feel a bit better soon. And congrats to the kids!

When I get through this dip I will make up for it foodwise

Thought I was getting better but crash again. In a shit mood so trying to control my temper with the family. I assume lack of oxygen in the brain is screwing things up. If I get snotty on here apologies in advance

Beauty Queen daughter spent a day on the phone talking to the two districts. District B offered her cash equal to 2 or 3 months Hong Kong helper salary to cover her expenses plus a bit over. District A came in with an offer of a full team (manager, coaching staff, hair stylist, make up artist plus outfits, transport and food when needed). She went for A because that is what she is used to in terms of support. She can just relax for the few weeks, while working hard, and everything happens around her and for her.

"For heart failure patients, a resting heart rate of above 80 is of concern and they should seek medical assistance." 83 when I woke up. Down to 79 after 30 minutes so that is fine

Genetically I used to have a very low heart rate, low 40s. Because my heart beat is so weak it now needs to beat a lot faster. Might need to up the Beta blockers. Or not.

Daughter had to register to vote to enter the pageant, I assume as proof of residence. As she has only just turned 18 she had not done so. Being the Philippines this is not a quick and simple process. Bureaucracy rules.

Been an odd day, quite a bit of chest pain but nothing on the monitor numbers to suggest a particular problem. Heart rate normalish at between 55 and 69. BP low rather than high at around 120/60. Blood oxygen OK, 95%.

Daughter has rehearsal all day Saturdays and Sundays for the next five weeks plus one or two events per week. Three free Jollibee meals per day plus a cash allowance plus other sponsor goodies plus a team working for her. It really is not like other countries.

Very sorry if you have told us earlier, but are you on a heart transfer waiting list?
