I use red yeast rice (basically lovastatin) and nattokinase together every day! Along with some psyllium husk.

I eat a spoonful of natto everyday, is that not concentrated enough to have much of an effect? I take it for the K2 while supplementing magnesium, D3 and zinc.

To hit 10,000 CFU of nattokinase, you'd have to eat at least 250g of natto a day (and quite possibly closer to 350g).

Yeah, or 500mg of 20,000 CFU powder extract (cheaper).

Seems like RYR is more potent than nattokinase for lowering cholesterol biomarkers.

There's some research out there indicating nattokinase doesn't work on its own to lower LDL, but does work synergistically with a statin. Was a lower dosage than 10,000 CFU though. I'm too lazy to try and find the study now though

My first meal of the day is at 11:30am today. Drink olive oil on empty stomach, ate six eggs with some beef and Americano black from Cotti.

dietary cholesterol is not really the problem. The body produces most of it. I try to focus on reducing inflammations.
