hi anyone has a recommendation for a doctor at quality healthcare in central?

my insurance coverage has been cut and i think i need to go back to this chain as they are cheaper than some of the other ones. or.. i cant be spending hk$1000 a consultation...

previously my experience was they were just like a bunch of panel doctors who prescribed a whole bunch of useless medication for a common cold for more fees.... i want someone a little bit more practical...

What exactly do you want them to do for you if you have a cold? What practical action do you want them to take for someone who has a cold? The problem is probably not them but you ? For a cold you shouldn’t see a doctor you should just get more rest and take some panadol or whatever tablet you need to feel better?

A bit unrelated but a lot of the older generation love getting injections for their cold or whatever. I don't know what is injected but they insist it makes them better, and when they don't get it they feel they haven't gotten their money's worth.

For general GP stuff Sanatorium is excellent, efficient, I believe decent doctors, and cheap, including meds the bill is usually 4-600 HKD for me.
