Badly in need of a female surgeon ....

    HI,
I'M 29, and am suffering from haemorroids or something like that.Am not sure but am looking for a female surgeon who can provide a private and confidential service ( check up). I'm quite embarrased to go to public hospitals and am not sure where exactly to go,

Can anyone pls, suggest me a very good female surgeon in HKG?????

    thanks,

You need a general practitioner in the first instance - they will be able to do the basic diagnosis of whether it is haemorroids, an infection, or something more serious, and recommend treatment or a specialist as appropriate. There are many, many female GPs around. Where are you located? Someone will be able to recommend on ein your area I'm sure.

Have you tried Preperation H first?

Nooooo. Get it diagnosed first. My guess is what she means is that she has blood there and that's all she knows - treating it as haemorroids if it's actually a bacterial infection isn't going to help.

PDLM's right best to see a GP. A couple of good female ones are

    Susan Jameison
Dr Susan Jamieson and Associates and the Holistic Healthcare Practice

    Lauren Bramley
Doctor Lauren Bramley & Partners || Family Practice

I second the recommendation for Dr. Bramley. She is a very professional, knowledgable and kind physician.

Go to a doctor! If you have a skin infection then you need antibiotics, not Prep H. And if you have bowel cancer then you need surgery / chemo!

A friend of mine just went this weekend to see her GP for the same problem - completely in a panic as many in her family have suffered colon cancer. She was extremely relieved when her tests came back as an "overdose of beets"
Go see a professional even if it is only for peace of mind....
