    Question Feverfew for migraines

    Hi all,

Anyone know where I can buy feverfew (a type of daisy) extract? There are several brands such as Nature's Way and MygraFew.

Also, is Gelstat available in HK? It's some kind of under-the-tongue feverfew and ginger extract that claims to be able to abort migraines once they've started.

I'll admit I haven't actually got out and looked, but I really am busy at the moment. Watsons' website is useless and Mannings doesn't appear to even have one.

    Thanks!

GelStat isn't listed on the government's pharm website but you can order it online I believe.

For the feverfew, perhaps give Good Life Nutrition in Melbourne House a call. It has herbal products (inc. Nature's Way), just can't remember whether it had feverfew.

Also try Integrated Medicine Institute. Tel: 2523 7121

You might want to look at CoQ10; there have been some studies into its use for migranes.

    Thanks, Claire.

To help any other readers, I should just add that it's Melbourne Plaza, not house, at 33 Queen's Road Central.
