Is Fanda the only good pharmacy?

    At Fanda you can also buy testers for many fragrances (not all) which are much cheaper and only difference is it comes in a white box.

    I've never had problems with Fanda either, but have only bought drugs.

    For perfumes I would go to SaSa.

    Yes. The one pharmacy you're familiar with and speaks English happens to be the only good pharmacy in the entire city.

    Plenty of perfectly good local pharmacies around that have at least one decent English speaker on hand.

    Actually im from London so yes I have. They usually take back stuff if it's spoiled!

    Hong Kong has pretty much zero consumer protection laws. Frustrating but get used to it. Spoiled perfume is the least of it, read about phone and Internet contracts and gym memberships etc
