The misses works in the office all day and does not have a chance to go outdoors much and is thinking about getting one of those machines that emit uv-ray or infrared mainly for the face. Are there any shops that sell such product? Any restrictions on being able to purchase them in Hong Kong?

Not sure they would be that popular in HK given that the majority of the local population seems to think that going out in the sun is some form of heresy and cover up completely! I would think buying online might be easier if they are not too big. I seem to recall you could get 'special light bulbs' for this in the UK.
