See if you can get a hold of some organic apple cider vinegar and take 1 teaspoon in a glass of warm water half an hour before a meal this will stimulate the production of hydrochloric acid to help digest the food you eat. make sure you take a multi vitamin, B complex,probiotics,digestive ezymes in particular Betaine, Glutamine. All these will help with the production of these vital juices.
maybe you can ask at pure fitness as ive heard they have some dietician.
