I've seen GNC's products in Mannings but are there any alternatives?

I wouldn't recommend gainers in general. Normally lots of sugar in them too. If you need to bulk, eat more and more often. But eat smart. Healthy, lean beef, chicken breast, rice, potatoes, brocolli, almonds, oatmeal, eggwhites.
