    Mac software

Anyone know where to buy Mac stuff? I've tried Wan Chai computer centre and 298, but my computer is a couple years old, and they both only have a limited selection of brand-new software. Thanks.

Thanks. I've checked the resellers, but they really don't have much software, and what they do have is brand new. I need OS 9, and an older version of iLife for my apparently archaic machine.

There is no iLife suite for OS 9. Is this still an iMac? You can upgrade the memory and install OS X on it, although for reasonable levels of performance buying a new Mac Mini would be significantly more beneficial.

Considering that new printers are not supported under OS 9, MSIE for Mac discontinued end of 2005 its pretty much a brick. You can install Ubuntu on it too, a little patience is required though, and 512MB system memory preferred. The iMac in my office is quite noisy so I leave it switched off.

I have OS x. I just need OS 9 to run stuff in classic (i don't have the original install disks anymore, and there's apparently no way to download it legally). And i'm looking for iLife 06 and maybe an older version of final cut (my machine doesn't have the juice to run the newer ones).
