Johan - Most users just search the site and get the relevant answers. For every question asked here .. we see 10-15 have found the answers by searching.
In this case ... (now HKBanker should know he's set himself up for a little bit of a hard time), you figure if someone had to call the US to get a power cord fedexed they probably havent graduated to using the search.
BUT -- got point, will create some stickies / announcements for the various forums with pointers to FAQs.
