Yes I did but the call out fee was high and they couldn't come till Friday.
I used Mr Ho in the end who was recommended on this site. He came out yesterday afternoon and did a great job!

Hi Hacko, could you possible give me the details for Mr Ho?? My washing machine has appeared to die and we have no idea where to get help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
