Hong Kong, 1st April 2008,
HKdotCOM announces Mailfort Control (paranoid edition) an email usage policy engine.
Mailfort is a WEB2.0 version of their famous DOS based "Concentration Camp Manager v1991" which has been the industry standard for decades in Burmah and Cambodia. It permits your every control freak manager to implement policies and ensure that their staff email usage is as good as if they didn't actually have an email account.
Policies like "my sales team can only email AS Watson to order water" are ensuring that Mailfort revolutionises email usage within enterprises.
HKdotCOM is has a number of Banks, Insurance companies and headhunters already trialing their products. "We find that the managers of these organisations share the same mindset of the
correctional services managers in Burmah" confirmed Leizaola.
HKdotCOM is forecasting a major financial gains this year. "Mailfort is big business" affirmed Leizaola "in the past we have focused on protecting the rights and privacy of employees but we came to realize that there is far more money in being on the wrong side of the fence".
It's not all bad news for employees, Mailfort is also helping to bring staff and management closer. Due to its intelligent policy engine, any jokes, Youtube URLs, Flash animations, sexual encounters that staff might be sending or receiving are now cc'ed to their manager so they can all now have giggle together.
