    Hotmail question

Is there a way of listing the inbox or sent folders by address rather than the default of time sent ?

You can do it in outlook but I can't figure it out in hotmail.

Assuming you're accessing it through live.com

Attached gif shows the sort by values.

since you are the hot male guru of the day

perhaps you could tell me how to change the signature.
since getting the new look I have not been able to change my signature, which happens to be a quote, and its driving me nuts.\

Far right on the menu bar where you see the "Reply", "Reply All" options .. you'll see a menu item called "Options" ... click on that and then click on "More Options.."

Looking further it appears I do not have the FULL version of Windows Live Hotmail.

As I appear to need to upgrade I am going to see how its done.

There is an option ( in the option ) to TRY the full version.

As I suppose the FULL version is a purchase item the sort window in the TRY download is not allowing you to sort ALL e mails by " From "

    Is this correct ?

Boris - in the "classic" version .. just click on the "From" text above the email list and it will sort.

OK - you got me !!!!!!
I didn't even realise it was a link.

To quote a famous man " the day you think you know everything, is the day you realise you know nothing "

    UPDATE
problem with that system is you still have to go page by page to get to where you want to go. The scrolling in the full version seems much more efficient. Do you buy it or get it free somewhere?

People are trained to click on links that are underlined .. without that, you'd never know what to click on, unless you had the habit of browsing over parts of a website looking for a link ( shows up on your status bar ).

Generally do not like websites that hide the underlining because "it looks pretty".
