midi keyboards,dj mixers where to buy in hk?

anybody know a good store to buy midi keyboards,pro dj equipments,akai mpc's in hk?i am new here....went to tom lee all they had was instruments.im sure there must be store to sell midi equipments for home studios?anyone know?would be much obliged.thnx

Had a similar question myself recently. I'm still looking but one way could be to go to a main manufacturer's website of the kind of thing you're looking, and search for who they have as their local representative / dealer. Chances are this representative sells other similar gear.

I did this recently when searching for USB keyboard controller - result was somewhere in the NT (sorry don't have details to hand) and when I went to their website it was clear they were more "pro" than Tom Lee.

Which Tom Lee store did you go? The main showroom is at 1-9 Cameron Lane, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Or call to ask at which branch you can buy the stuff: 2723 9932

(They used to have a dedicated shop on Carnarvon Road but I think it closed down by now.)

There are also some shops in Sham Shui Po along Ap Liu Street that sell music / dj stuff.

yea i looked for akai products retailer and they dont have one in hk...it sucks..but im sure theres some other store selling these..just gotta find them.thnx for the advice

yea went to that store didnt really ask if they sold dj products but yea i think i call them.i think if they dont have it they will order for the customer but u know u dont have the choice of looking at the product and comparing with other ones..i think i should try that apliu street.i have heard a lot about it.

A few ones. Just walk down Ap Liu Street on both sides, can't miss them.

I went once to the Tom Lee shop on Carnarvon Road that sold the DJ and MIDI stuff you can find on their website, maybe you can call them and ask if they relocated.
