Replace NowTV router-digibox cable with wireless?

My telephone plug (in my rented flat) is at the opposite end of the flat to the TV, so we currently have a long ethernet cable running the length of the flat. Is there a way to replace this with a wireless solution?

Alternative I suppose a pair-able set of ethernet wireless adapters would be great, but I'm not sure that even exists, has anybody seen such a thing?

    Thanks!

Get rid of Now TV, problem solved. Get a good VPN with a decent wireless router and plug your computer into the TV. No more endless repeats of 5 year old programmes.

What about a pair of home plugs. Cost a few hundred dollars and will route the signal along your electrical wiring. I assume you have power at source (router) and destination (tv).

They plug into a mains socket and have an ethernet port in them.
